Your satisfaction is one of our top concerns. If you have any reason to believe that you are entitled to a refund, please send us an email to support@mycertify.com specifying your concern. Please write the word “Refund” on the subject line. Your refund request may take 1 to 3 days to reach resolution. If a refund is to be made, your user account will be deactivated and your certificate will be invalidated.

Our mission is to provide affordable quality food handler and TABC certification programs. If you find a cheaper accredited program being offered via a competitor – before enrolling our course – please email support@myCertify.com with the term “Price Match” in the subject line.

2. MyCertify Services
This site makes available food handler training and certification as well as TABC training and certification. You, as the user, must procure your own equipment such as a computer and Internet access to gain access to our services. MyCertify reserves the right to modify or discontinue the site at any time without notice to its users. We will not be held liable to you or any third party should we exercise said right. Features that improve the user experience may be added to the site and be subjected to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

7. Appeals
An appeal is a formal request for reconsideration of an adverse decision made by a MyCertify Advisory Group or its representatives related to an individual’s achievement of a certificate. An appeal must be made in writing to the Supervisor within thirty (30) days of receiving the determination being appealed. The written appeal must include the stated appeal, the reason for the appeal (including relevant supporting materials), and appellant's contact information. All appeals and dispositions shall be recorded in the Appeals Register, which shall be maintained by MyCertify.
8. Complaints
Individuals with concerns regarding the assessments, personnel, or other elements of the certificate program are encouraged to discuss these with the individuals involved to try to resolve the matter informally. In some cases, however, informal resolution is not possible, and individuals may wish to file a formal complaint. A complaint shall be submitted in writing to the Supervisor within ninety (90) days of the incident’s occurrence. In the case of complaints related to a course or assessment administration, those must be submitted in writing within 2 weeks after the applicable course/assessment administration. The submission may be mailed, e-mailed or faxed. The submission shall include sufficient objective evidence to substantiate the claims and allow for a decision to be made and the appropriate action to be taken. Dissatisfaction based on hearsay shall not be considered as a complaint. Anonymous complaints shall not be considered.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site does not provide any warranty that (A) your expectations or requirements will be met as a user, (B) that its services will not be interrupted, be without delay, or is error-free, and (C) that the results from using its services are effective or reliable. This site may contain technical mistakes or inaccuracies. We may make changes to the materials and content at our own discretion. The materials, contents, and services found on this site may be outdated. We make no commitment in claiming that our site is up to date.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Sale and Purchase of MyCertify Goods
MyCertify (the “Seller”) hereby agrees to sell to you (the “Buyer) food handler or TABC courses (“Goods”) at a specific quantity designated on the checkout window.
2. Price of Purchase
You as the buyer agrees to the price of purchase for the Goods posted on this website.
3. Terms of Payment
The total amount for the purchase of Goods shall be paid in full by the Buyer according to the price on the checkout window. Seller shall have full rights to pursue any remedies according to the law to hold buyer fully accountable for all transactions pursued in this website.
4. Warranty of Goods
Seller provides as its only warranty the Buyer’s valid food handler and/or TABC certificates which can be downloaded at any time through the Buyer’s account. Each certificate is valid until the expiry date pointed out in each copy.
5. Seller is the only intended beneficiary of this Agreement. Should there be any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement relating to Goods, this Agreement shall take precedence. These terms and conditions of sale may not be changed or amended without prior consent of the Seller. If any component of this Agreement is questioned for validity or legality, all remaining components shall remain in effect.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Every Buyer is expected to pursue transactions related to the purchase of Goods in good and honest conduct. Honest representation includes providing truthful information upon registration, completing courses without deception, and avoidance of fraudulent and criminal acts while transacting with Seller. If a Buyer is found to have violated this Agreement, this may be good reason for the revocation of certificates.

Every user of the MyCertify website is expected to carry himself in good and honest conduct. As MyCertify continues to upholdits core values as a company, some expectations also follow for its end users. Students should represent themselves in a truthful manner and must not engage in activities related to cheating, misuse of materials, and fraudulent acts. If you are found to be guilty of violating this code, your MyCertify certificate/s may be revoked.
